Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal/permanent resident
  

• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
  

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  

• Reliable internet and phone access
  

• Life insurance license preferred but not required (training and licensing support provided)
  

• Sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
