Requirements
Must be willing to obtain a General Lines Property and Casualty & General Life & Health insurance license prior to starting the program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
A proactive attitude and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Desire to excel in a goal-oriented environment and a passion for helping clients.
