Restaurant General Manager
We are looking for a results-driven General Manager who can build and develop a high-performing team, drive sales and profitability, improve operations, and take full ownership of the restaurant’s growth and success.
The General Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and retaining staff while creating a positive and accountable work culture. The ideal candidate must have strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage labor, food and beverage costs, budgets, inventory, and overall business performance.
Key responsibilities include improving operational systems, increasing revenue, maintaining company standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and executing strategies that support long-term growth. The General Manager is expected to take full ownership of the restaurant’s success, continuously identify opportunities for improvement, and lead the business as if it were their own.
This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, drives results, develops people, and is passionate about building a successful and profitable restaurant operation.
