Position Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and growing your own book of business through strategic relationship development, networking, and consultative insurance sales.

This is a client-facing role focused on:

  • Business development

  • Referral partner cultivation

  • Insurance consulting

  • Relationship management

  • Revenue generation

You will work directly with homebuyers, homeowners, families, and referral partners to identify insurance needs, evaluate coverage options, and deliver customized solutions designed to protect their assets and financial future.

We provide extensive training, technology, and sales support to help you develop into a top-performing insurance professional.

What You'll Do

Business Development & Prospecting

  • Build and maintain relationships with mortgage professionals, real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking and community outreach

  • Develop a consistent pipeline of prospective clients

  • Create and execute strategic business development plans

  • Attend networking events and cultivate local market relationships

Consultative Insurance Sales

  • Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs

  • Evaluate household risks and coverage requirements

  • Analyze policy options across multiple insurance carriers

  • Present customized insurance solutions

  • Guide clients through policy selection and implementation

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities

  • Serve as a trusted insurance resource throughout the client lifecycle

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Utilize Salesforce and company technology platforms effectively

  • Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-up activities

  • Maintain strong organization and attention to detail

  • Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and revenue targets

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state insurance licensing after hire

Compensation & Earnings

First-Year Earnings Potential

$38,000 – $120,000+

Actual earnings vary based on production, business development efforts, and performance.
