Position Overview::The Financial Analyst, Contracts is a highly analytical and detail-oriented role supporting our National Accounts and Contracts team, with a focus on health system contract performance. This role is critical to ensuring pricing accuracy, identifying risks and opportunities, and driving strategic insights for our commercial finance team.
What you will do::- Deliver strategic insights and analytical support to National Accounts by identifying pricing risks and opportunities.
- Maintain and update a centralized contract database and ERP system; lead GPO/IDN data clean-up effort.
- Analyze the financial impact of contracts and streamline contract management processes.
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards for real-time contract performance tracking.
- Oversee rebate and GPO payment calculations through accurate data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure correct pricing and contract implementation.
- Support RFI/RFP processes with data-driven analysis.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and analytics as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or contract management, preferably in a healthcare or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI and ERP systems (QAD experience a plus).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
