- Thinking outside the box, seek all data points – even if they are not readily available to avoid confirmation bias and ensure data validation.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Chief Architect and your product analyst to gain in-depth market insight, gauge the success of product lines, look for value gaps, and continually evaluate pricing models based on industry data.
- Using KPI’s and other metrics, define success metrics for each product and services offered.
- Facilitate the benchmarking of FairCom Software solutions with competitors and deliver results to key stakeholders for effective decision-making.
- Develop and execute the full Go-To-Market (GTM) life cycle based on market research data. Including conceptualization with Senior Tech Leadership, planning, development, release, and tracking market results.
- Create PRDs, product requirements, and wireframes to communicate product improvements and features.
- Run product alignment meetings and own the project management for all outcomes such as decisions and deliverables.
- Create clear avenues of reporting and dashboards for all product lines to share with key Senior Stakeholders in the company, including the Executive team and other Senior Technical Leaders.
- Lead the Product Team members that will assist in getting Market Data and allowing finished touches on the product technical communication going out to customers.
