Machine Operator I Location: Cypress, TX
Job Type: Full-Time
Rate: $21-23/ hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator I to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment to ensure high-quality output while meeting production timelines. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 0 2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience (preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Previous production or quality certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery to produce high-quality products in a timely manner
- Assist with machine setup and ensure proper configuration for each job
- Review work orders and production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, etc.)
- Identify defects and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards
- Maintain accurate production and operational records
- Perform basic machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace (5S standards)
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Ability to work overtime when required.
