Field Operations Assistant

As a Field Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping our properties and projects running smoothly. You will be responsible for helping with property maintenance, deliveries, quality checks, and other essential tasks. This role requires strong organization, time management, attention to detail , and the ability to work independently while supporting the team .

Position:

• Full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling
• Hands-on, in the field

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver materials and supplies as needed
• Set up lockboxes and assist with property access
• Perform property quality checks and take photos for records
• Help with lawn care, trash removal, and basic property upkeep
• Assist with light construction-related tasks and job site needs
• Complete odd jobs and errands to support the team
• Maintain a work vehicle and ensure tools/supplies are stocked
• Communicate with the team to ensure smooth operations and task completion
• Be adaptable and ready to step in where needed on real estate or construction projects

Qualifications:

• Dependable and responsible — shows up on time and gets the job done
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage time well
• Comfortable with hands-on work, including heavy lifting, outdoor tasks, and property upkeep
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Interest in real estate or construction is a plus
