Sr. HR Coordinator/ Executive Assistant
Pay Rate: $30.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Location: Houston, TX 77054
Job Duties:
- Provides high-level administrative and HR operational support to executive leadership and HR management, including complex calendar and meeting coordination with technical support;
- HRIS and data management (PeopleSoft, NeoGov, LMS, performance and electronic filing systems);
- recruitment and onboarding support (job postings, phone screens, interview scheduling, background checks, new hire/rehire processing); training coordination and compliance tracking;
- safety and driver program administration; records management and employment verifications; cross-functional project support;
- and coordination of HR communications, events, supplies, and departmental logistics to ensure efficient HR operations across all divisions.
Requirements:
- Must have experience on the above duties. This position requires the candidate to have all of the above knowledge/ experience.
- Must have a clean background
