We are currently seeking a Information Technology Consulting Lead Managing Consultant to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Description and responsibilities:

Business Architecture & Strategy

• Define and evolve the manufacturing business architecture to support strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs into digital transformation roadmaps and technology enablement plans.
• Align manufacturing operations with enterprise architecture and digital strategy.

Digital Enablement & Technology Integration

• Architect solutions leveraging IIoT, MES, UNS, MQTT, and edge/cloud platforms.
• Lead the design and implementation of digital threads across shop floor systems.
• Ensure interoperability between OT and IT systems through standardized data models and protocols.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

• Conduct maturity assessments of shop floor operations and digital capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to implement scalable, sustainable transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Act as a bridge between business units, technology teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate workshops, visioning sessions, and governance forums to drive alignment.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.

Data Architecture & Unified Namespace

• Design and maintain a Unified Namespace (UNS) structure for real-time data flow across assets.
• Enable contextualized data access for analytics, visualization, and AI/ML applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and scalability across the digital ecosystem

Required Experience:

5+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience

5+ years of Business Consulting/Business Insights experience in Intelligent Automation led Digital transformation
