CDL-A Truck Driver Weekly Home Time 1500 1600wk

10-4 Logistics USA seeks experienced CDL-A drivers for over-the-road (OTR) assignments offering mileage-based pay, a weekly performance bonus, modern automatic tractors, and regular home-time options.

Compensation

• $0.50–$0.65 per mile (varies by experience and domicile)
• $0.10 per mile performance bonus paid weekly
• Estimated typical weekly earnings: $1,500–$1,600; average weekly mileage: ~2,500 miles

Home time / Schedule

• Weekly or bi-weekly options
• 34–48 hour reset; typically one day at home for every 5–6 days on duty

Equipment & Freight

• 2022–2025 automatic Cascadia and Peterbilt tractors
• Primarily dry van, no-touch freight; approximately 70% drop-and-hook

Primary responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
• Complete assigned OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly
• Maintain accurate hours-of-service records and ELD logs
• Ensure proper cargo handling, securement, and documentation
• Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and deliveries
• Follow fuel management, routing, and on-road safety procedures

Minimum qualifications

• Valid CDL-A license
• One of the following experience options:
  • At least 3 months verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience plus completion of 120+ hours at a truck driving school within the past 12 months
  • 6 months verifiable OTR, regional, or local tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months
  • 12 months verifiable OTR experience within the last 3 years
• Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and pass required drug screening
• Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication
