Human Resources/Recruiter
-Evaluate candidates against job requirements and refer qualified applicants to the hiring manager.
-Work directly with managers regarding their open positions. Ensure job specifications and desired qualifications are clear, and advise managers on interviewing and candidate selection.
-Extend and negotiate job offers to selected candidates and address any employment-related issues or new hires.
-Maintain and review resumes for open positions.
-Conduct phone, in-person, and virtual interviews to determine if candidates meet the minimum qualifications and requirements.
