Developer

Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate responsibilities include monitoring full‑stack systems, resolving day‑to‑day production issues, and enhancing real‑time observability dashboards .

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Developer job responsibilities include:

• Provide end‑to‑end support for critical applications and infrastructure to ensure stable business operations.

• Monitor production environments, identify anomalies, and resolve incidents using standard observability tools.

• Act as the first point of contact for technology and business teams, troubleshooting issues across the full application stack.

• Analyze complex trends and situations to manage incidents, problems, and changes across systems and platforms.

• Create, enhance, and maintain real‑time monitoring dashboards to improve system performance and operability.

• Support onboarding of new businesses, clients, and applications, including participation in rotational late‑night and weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science).

• 8–10 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining large‑scale technology services.

• Strong hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability tools, UNIX/Linux (RHEL), schedulers such as Control‑M or Autosys, and relational databases with complex SQL.

• Proficiency in incident/problem management processes and experience developing or supporting applications built in Python, Java, or .NET .

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
