Job brief
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account-related issues, and product information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
- .Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with customer support software is a plus.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
