Patient Ratios: 1:4 Number of Beds: 21 Department Specifics: 20k visits per year, Level III Trauma Center, Primary Heart Attack Center, Primary Stroke Center, In-house L&D services, National Certification Champion Award winner from Board Certification of Emergency Nursing (BCEN) with 56% certification rate, 100% Board Certified Emergency Physicians, Strong Unit Engagement through active Shared Governance Council. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Centennial is a full-service 118 bed hospital serving Frisco and the surrounding communities. With more than 600 specialists on our medical staff, our services include digestive care, labor and delivery, heart health, emergency and trauma care, surgical services, orthopedics, intensive care, internal medicine, and more. We are the only Trauma Center (Level III) in Frisco and are certified as a Primary Stroke and Primary Heart Attack Center by the Texas Department of State Health Services and by The Joint Commission. • We are looking for someone who has completed an established program in Nursing.
• 2 years ED RN and 1 year lead / Charge experience preferred
• Registered Nurse License.
• You must have Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of being hired.
