About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at HILL COUNTRY PRISTINE LLC as a Lawn Care Crew Member in beautiful Fredericksburg, TX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors and contribute to creating pristine lawns and landscapes for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Assist in landscape installation and maintenance projects.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
