Business Systems Analyst II
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and workflow analysis for EMR and healthcare application implementations.
- Develop and document technical and process solutions to optimize clinical and business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage projects, ensure system functionality, and support ongoing enhancements.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena) and healthcare workflows.
- Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, and project management tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Education/Experience:
- Associate Degree with a minimum of 3 years of healthcare provider and EMR implementation experience.
