What You'll Do:

Provide Therapy: Offer individual therapy to patients ages 5 and up, both in person and via telehealth. Utilize the therapeutic approaches that best serve your patients and empower them to achieve their goals in an outpatient setting.

Utilize Your Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the current diagnostic manual to conduct thorough initial interviews and screenings, providing accurate diagnoses and developing effective care plans.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work collaboratively with patients, clearly communicate clinical impressions, and assess their strengths, barriers, and psychological needs.
Ensure Patient Safety: Partner with community organizations and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including determining appropriate levels of care.
Use Technology Effectively: Utilize your computer and technology skills for efficient documentation in our electronic health record system and for conducting telehealth sessions.
What You'll Need:

Valid LCSW or LPC license.
A passion for working with underserved populations and those who experience barriers to care.
Comfort working with patients ages 5 and up.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
Strong knowledge of the current diagnostic manual.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with community partners.
Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
