Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join a remote care team serving clients throughout Texas. The counselor in this role will provide therapy, complete assessments, manage treatment plans, and support clients dealing with a range of mental health concerns. This is a practical, patient-focused position for someone who values clear structure, strong clinical standards, and steady one-on-one work.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions
- Evaluate mental health concerns and identify treatment needs
- Establish treatment goals and provide ongoing therapeutic support
- Complete documentation for intakes, progress notes, and follow-ups
- Address client concerns using clinically appropriate methods
- Monitor safety concerns and follow intervention procedures when required
Requirements
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
