Civil Engineering EIT
Job description:
A leading civil engineering firm is seeking a Civil Engineering EIT to join its growing team in Texas. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career engineer who is eager to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to impactful community-driven projects.

This position features a flexible hybrid work model , combining in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design and coordination of civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support project documentation including plans, reports, and technical specifications.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and project quality.
- Contribute to meetings with clients, contractors, and municipal representatives.
- Pursue professional development and licensure with support from firm leadership.
Qualifications:
Qualifications- Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Certification: EIT in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Experience: 2+ years of relevant civil engineering experience preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley design software preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
