Dinner Bartender/Server

Job Summary: We are looking for a Evening Bistro Attendant/Evening Bartender who will be responsible for making guests feel welcome and comfortable. Helping/assisting guests with their special requests, preparing daily dinner and drink items according to brand standards, ensuring proper amounts of food and beverages are prepared and refilled as necessary. Responsible for communicating low inventory of food and beverage items. Maintain cleanliness, welcoming environment and organization of bar area. • Regular attendance is essential
• May be required to work varying schedules and holidays
• Required to fully comply with all rules and regulations
• No formal training required learning many work-related skills on the job
• Some experience in safety material handling and cleaning procedures is helpful
• Food service certification is a plus
• Frequent lifting with a considerable amount of bending and stooping
• Requires high levels of contact with all types of people
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
