Ensure a stress-free entry for guests by handling parking, ticketing and season pass needs. Deliver exceptional guest service that sets the tone for an unforgettable visit. Uphold our park policies and procedures with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring everyone has a great and enjoyable time!

• Warmly welcome all guests entering and exiting the park, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Answer guest inquires with a smile, providing clear and informative directions and guidance.
• Radiate enthusiasm and pride for the park, fostering a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, upholding the park’s image.
• Collect parking fees for vehicles entering the lot, ensuring accurate and speedy transactions.
• Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) register
• Efficiently manage ticket and season pass processing, ensuring a seamless and fast entry for our guests.
• Collaborate effectively with the other Admissions areas, contributing to efficient ticket sales, season pass processing and toll plaza operations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in other assigned tasks to support the park’s smooth operation.

• Be a minimum age of 16 years or older.
• Possess exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Exude an infectious enthusiasm and a genuine desire to connect with guests, actively engaging them and embodying the company’s mantra.
• Approach challenges with a cool head and analytical problem-solving skills, finding creative solutions to keep guest entry running smoothly.
• Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, radiating warmth and making every interaction a delight for guests.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of your tasks.
• Possess the composure and focus to excel in fast-paced environments with large crowds, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
• Possess strong reading and comprehension of the English language.
• Successfully comprehend all training material and pass all training assessments.
