Human Resources Assistant
Join a collaborative and supportive team as a Human Resources Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources Manager and ensuring smooth HR operations. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of HR functions, including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration. Responsibilities
- Assist the Human Resources Manager with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Support payroll processing and related documentation
- Assist with recruiting activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Help coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update employee files and records
- Process employment verifications as needed
- Support benefit and PTO administration tasks
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets)
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources
