Inside Sales Rep
We are seeking a strong Inside Sales Rep with a background in roofing, gutter installation, construction, or sheet metal to join our team.
- Shift- 7: 00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday – Friday (1 hour lunch per day 11:00 – 12:00 and 2 – 15 minute breaks)
- Salary-45k
- Temp to Hire-90days
- Full health insurance eligibility after 90 days.
- Option to contribute to a Simple IRA with 3% company match after 1 year.

Overview: We are seeking a strong Inside Sales Rep with a background in roofing, gutter installation, construction, or sheet metal. The ideal candidate will bring excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and a drive to build and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk, handling both telephone and counter sales inquiries.
- Proactively call on new and existing customers to stimulate business and follow up on quotes.
- Create shipping documents and coordinate shipments with freight companies using computer software.
- Prepare diagrams for orders and communicate effectively with production staff.
- Read and understand training materials, including industry manuals.
- Assist fabricators as needed.
- Perform inventory counts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in roofing, gutter installation, construction, or sheet metal.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer proficiency; ability to learn industry-specific software (Peachtree).
- Social media skills a plus.
- Legible handwriting and ability to draw basic diagrams.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) preferred.
