We’re hiring a School-Based Therapist (LCSW or LPC) in El Paso, Texas who wants a consistent weekday schedule, meaningful impact with students, and income stability with bonus potential.
You’ll step into a school-based clinical role focused on providing therapy services to students while collaborating with educators and support staff. This is a 187-workday calendar aligned with the school year, giving you built-in work-life rhythm.

• Base salary: $66,000 per year
