Qualifications
1. Be a man of mature Christian character whose life reflects the characteristics of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
2. Subscribe to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message, Constitution, By-Laws, goals and policies of First Baptist Church.
3. A Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in music, youth and Biblical studies or related ministry field of study preferred.
