Legal Secretary needed for growing Woodlands law firm. In office, 100% paid benefits and awesome work environment
Job Duties:
- Familiarity with federal and Texas court filing procedures, including e?filing
- Experience drafting pleadings, correspondence, and redlining transactional documents
- Ability to maintain calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate meetings and conference calls
- Skilled in managing both electronic and paper filing systems
- Comfortable opening new matters and running conflict checks
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with a document management system
- Capable of entering time into billing software accurately and consistently
- Able to transcribe dictation with precision
- Highly organized, detail?oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities daily
