Data and Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities:
JDE Data Maintenance
- Collects, cleans, and interprets data that goes into JDE for all locations, including JDE field cleanup - correct markets, correct end users for accuracy of finance and CSWI ESG reporting.
- Responsible for leading or supporting department leaders in JDE Maintenance and cleanup projects such as lbs. as unit of measure.
- Supports pricing system implementation and improvements across the business.
- Create process for required necessary fields in JDE for parts setup. After process creation, train the appropriate team members.
Reporting Systems & Analysis
- Works with various department leaders (planning, purchasing, pricing, sales etc.) to provide reports or tools.
- Interim responsibility for Power BI updates, data cleanup, and trends.
- Project completion for auditing and approval of contract pricing report from Salesforce.
- Maintains and develops new profitability and performance tools for the business (contract pricing report, price list report, etc.)
- Responsible for the monthly commercial reporting and analytics on an interim basis.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes.
- Works closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Develops, performs and manages the analyses of business and financial metrics as well as performance measures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce and present complex findings in a clear, well-formatted, and concise manner.
- Understands and incorporates industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions.
