Outside Sales Representative (Warm Leads, Flexible Schedule, Uncapped Commission)

Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative in-home or virtual meetings using warm leads
- Educate 55+ clients on estate planning solutions that protect their families
- Follow a proven sales process to maximize close rate and income
- Maintain organized follow-up and basic CRM usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of in-home, outside, or consumer-direct sales experience
- Strong closer with a track record in commission-driven roles
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule
- Solid communication skills and basic computer/CRM proficiency
- Genuine interest in helping seniors and their families
