THE TEAM
The Global Sales Organization (GSO) services and manages the brand’s strategic accounts that deliver significant revenues across all regions and market segments. Positioned in key feeder markets globally, the team fosters meaningful relationships and brings to life Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality through targeted sales initiatives, branded events, and partnership activations.
YOUR ROLE
The Coordinator, Global Sales provides comprehensive support to the Senior Director, Global Sales, Business Travel, and Director(s) of Global Sales – Group within the Americas Global Sales team. This role supports Rosewood Hotels & Resorts’ largest and most significant customers, enabling the achievement of sales goals. Serving as a key point of contact for customers across the segment and region, the Coordinator responds to general client inquiries and requests, maintains accurate databases, processes and creates leads and opportunities, supports customer events, assists hotels as needed, and manages office administrative functions, including office budget maintenance.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
Administrative Sales Support (20%)
- Provide direct sales support to the Senior Director, Global Sales, Business Travel, and Director(s) of Global Sales to support the achievement of sales goals and alignment with segment strategy.
- Coordinate sales trip itineraries, reporting, and special projects.
- Provide indirect support to the Senior Director, Global Sales – Entertainment and Group for the broader corporate group segment.
Reporting and Database Management (20%)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales resource databases, including contacts, accounts, tasks, and activities within Salesforce (SFDC).
- Proactively report on corporate negotiated accounts, RFPs, group accounts, and pipeline activity, including oversight of pending inquiries.
- Utilize systems such as Revintel, SFDC, BI Dashboard, and Cvent Transient (Lanyon) to deliver required reporting and outputs.
Presentation and Event Support (20%)
- Provide proactive support for webinars, client events, sales missions, discovery trips, and tradeshows.
- Support planning, presentation deck development, coordination, and post-event follow-up activities.
Communication and Sales Inquiries (15%)
- Respond to general incoming sales inquiries, opportunities, and requests related to prospecting, business development, VIP arrangements, and reservations.
- Facilitate timely and effective follow-up with appropriate individuals and teams.
Team Collaboration and Additional Support (15%)
- Collaborate with team members across the Global Sales Organization to support global relationships.
- Assist with special initiatives and ad hoc requests in support of overall team objectives.
Finance and Legal Support (10%)
- Process finance and legal documentation in accordance with corporate procedures and guidelines.
- Support contract administration, approval level management, Ironclad intake forms, budget tracking, and related documentation.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- Global sales, cluster sales, and/or above-property hotel sales experience preferred.
- High-energy, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment with high activity volumes and deadlines.
- Autonomous self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to take ownership of projects from initiation through completion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and the ability to analyze large datasets.
- Experience with hospitality systems such as Salesforce/Delphi, Cvent/Lanyon, and Revintel preferred.
- Strong presentation and deck design skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling PowerPoint presentations; familiarity with Canva or Beautiful.ai is an advantage.
- Articulate professional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly service-oriented, attentive, and responsive, with strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
