Business Development Manager - PPC Capital Equipment
- Support development and execution of power generation business strategies.
- Identify new opportunities and build relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Provide voice-of-customer insights on emissions, equipment performance, and market trends.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams on projects, quotes, and proposals.
- Coordinate proposal development for RFPs with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver presentations, attend industry events, and support marketing initiatives.
- Assist PPC sales team with key oilfield service accounts when needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong ability to connect with power generation customers and understand business drivers.
- Able to anticipate market changes and manage risk.
- Effective time management: highly organized and detail focused.
- Strong business acumen, project management, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with technology and data tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally.
- Proven "hunter" profile with success selling technology into the power generation market.
- Takes ownership in challenging situations and resolves conflicts effectively.
- Strong networking capability and relationship-building skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required.
