Resumen del trabajo
- Mantener la satisfacción de los huéspedes con la asistencia del personal
- Entrenar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo a diario para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes
- Trabajar con otros gerentes para obtener metas de presupuesto semanal
Responsabilidades
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante
- Capacitar y desarrollar a los nuevos miembros del equipo
- Mantener los niveles de dotación de personal
- Cumpla con todas las pautas de seguridad
- Inventarios y horarios semanales
- Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y divertido
- Resuelve los problemas de los huéspedes de manera oportuna
- Se comunica regularmente con sus compañeros gerentes y con el gerente general.
Calificaciones
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo
- Más de 2 años de experiencia similar
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
