Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Payroll & Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role supports payroll and HR operations while also assisting with front office duties and employee communications.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $18.00/HR
Requirements
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Reliable transportation required
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll processing and backup support
- Provide administrative support, including customer invoicing
- Maintain HR files, records, and documentation
- Support employee benefits and insurance follow-up
- Manage employee communication and notification systems
- Provide front office and receptionist coverage as needed
- Handle mail distribution and general office support duties
