Now Hiring: Senior Applications Analyst

Location: Houston, TX 77048

Pay Rate: $54/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | On-call required

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Senior Applications Analyst to support the ERP Finance and Supply Chain segment for a major healthcare organization in Houston, TX . This role focuses on providing application support for Infor WMS and other key IT systems used at the Central Supply Chain (CSC) warehouse.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to work onsite and contribute directly to operational efficiency, system reliability, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for Infor WMS and additional warehouse applications

Coordinate activities across internal IT teams and external software vendors

Install, test, and deploy application patches, hot fixes, and upgrades

Document and resolve technical issues and user enhancement requests

Collaborate with CSC users, leadership, and ISD teams to scope and implement solutions

Support application configuration, workflows, and data structures

Monitor and maintain interface integrity across systems

Troubleshoot and resolve data flow errors; perform root cause analysis

Develop and modify SQL scripts as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience, or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in systems development, implementation, and support

Experience in Healthcare MIS preferred

Strong knowledge of application workflows, system interfaces, and technical troubleshooting

Proficient in SQL and familiar with Windows server environments

Prior experience with ERP or WMS systems strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
