Virtual Health Coach: Evidence-Based Nutrition
Next Level Medical seeks a Health Coach to partner with patients on personalized nutrition plans and healthy lifestyle changes. The role reports to the Chief Medical Officer and emphasizes evidence-based nutrition counseling and compassionate care within our Service-Excellence, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and Compassion values.
The Health Coach will conduct virtual coaching, document progress in the care platform, and collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient outcomes.
