Auto Body Technician
Do you have a passion for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition? Arrow Ford is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Collision Technician to join our busy service department. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair structural and cosmetic damage to vehicles, including:
- Frame straightening
- Metal replacement and repair
- Plastic repair and refinishing
- Paint preparation and application
- Mechanical repairs as needed
- Perform all work according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety regulations and use proper safety equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with service advisors and customers.
- I-CAR certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Collision Technician
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques and procedures
- Proficiency in using various welding and cutting tools
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children.
