Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the next evolution of our platform. You'll shape product strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact features that scale. This role offers significant ownership over key product areas and the opportunity to influence technical architecture decisions alongside Engineering and Design leadership.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Discovery

• Lead discovery initiatives by analyzing market trends, competitive positioning, and customer feedback to identify high-value opportunities
• Define product requirements through detailed PRDs that outline business objectives, technical architecture, data flows, and API specifications
• Validate requirements with customers and stakeholders to ensure alignment before development

Execution & Delivery

• Translate product vision into actionable epics and user stories with clear UI/UX specifications, business logic, API dependencies, and acceptance criteria
• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, retrospectives) that keep teams aligned and moving efficiently
• Partner with Engineering to deliver quality features on time while proactively managing risks, blockers, and timeline shifts

Technical Collaboration

• Work with engineering leads to design scalable integration strategies, data contracts, and APIs that support long-term platform growth
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to scope and sequence integrations that prioritize data integrity, performance, and maintainability
• Navigate technical conversations confidently, contributing to architectural decisions that impact the platform

• 5+ years in Product Management at a software company, with a track record of shipping complex products
• Agile expertise : You've led sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other ceremonies that drive team velocity
• Execution skills : You excel at breaking down ambiguous requirements into well-defined, engineer-ready stories in Jira or similar tools
• Ownership mindset : You take accountability for your product area, communicate proactively, and drive clarity when things get complex
• Technical fluency : You're comfortable discussing data flows, API contracts, and system dependencies with engineers
• Attention to detail : Your thoroughness sets you apart—nothing falls through the cracks
