A busy, well-established PPO & FFS private dental practice in the North Fort Worth/Keller area is seeking a confident and seasoned General Dentist to take the reins as clinical lead. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to step into a fully functioning, high-volume practice and shape the future of a growing group, with the full support of an experienced team and a clear path to ownership.

What You'll Step Into

• Immediate Clinical Leadership Role: Replace a part-time associate and lead clinical decision-making from day one

• Established Patient Base: High patient volume, including overflow and referrals from a network of 18+ GPs

• Advanced Clinical Systems: 5 GP Ops / 3 Hygiene Ops, OpenDental, iTero, Rotary Endo & Implant Systems

• Full Team Support:

  • 2 FT RDHs (one 12-year vet using assisted hygiene 3x/week)

  • 3 DAs dedicated to hygiene and doctor columns

  • Experienced Operations Manager who recently returned to the practice

What We're Looking For

This role is ideal for a seasoned GP ready to lead and grow:

• Skilled in:

  • Implant Placement & Surgical Extractions

  • Cosmetic Dentistry, Clear Aligners, Facial Esthetics

  • Molar Endodontics

• Capable of:

  • Managing high-volume patient flow, including checking three hygiene chairs

  • Committing to same-day treatment for emergencies and minor procedures

  • Running 2–3 chairs with two assistants to maximize efficiency

Compensation, Bonus & Partnership Path

• $20,000 Signing Bonus

• Tiered Collections-Based Pay with a 98% Collection Rate:

  • 30% for collections under $60K

  • 32% for $60K–$80K

  • 34% for $80K+

• Projected Earnings: Collecting $90,000/month = $27,800/month or ~$333,600/year

• Daily Guarantee for First 90 Days (Negotiable based on history and market)

• W-2 or 1099 Structure Available

• No Lab or Supply Fees when using in-formulary vendors
