Sterile Processing Technician - Southlake, TX
Join our Surgical Services team as a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician Team Lead for a 13-week travel assignment in Southlake, TX. In this role, you will ensure the safety and efficiency of our surgical operations, contributing significantly to our healthcare team.
Job Details
- Location: Southlake, TX
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: July 28, 2025
- Shift: 8-hour days, 5 shifts per week
- Weekly Salary: $1,500 - $3,540
- 1 year of supervisory experience in sterile processing
- Preferred certifications: BLS, CBSPD, IAHCSMM/HSPA
- Experience in acute hospital OR and ambulatory surgery center settings
- Lead and supervise the sterile processing team
- Ensure proper preparation and handling of surgical instruments
- Perform sterilization procedures including IUSS and steam sterilization
- Manage decontamination and disinfection processes
- Reprocess flexible endoscopes and specialty equipment
- Maintain accurate equipment documentation
