Human Resources Office Support Specialist (ARLINGTON)
Assist with the daily operation and general activities in the Human Resources office including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
This is a Part-Time position (up to 29 hours per week) and pays $15 per hour.
Responsibilities:Support all other areas of HR and p rovide superb guest-service to our employees.
Qualifications:- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diplomat or equivalent-some college preferred, but not required
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, vibrant team environment
- General knowledge or willingness to learn UKG, Employee Attendance & Security, Workforce and iCIMS HR Systems.
- Friendly, outgoing personality, and desire to interact with Team Members and address their needs
- 1 years+ experience in data entry or administrative type work preferred-but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format
- Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Human Resources and park operations.
