Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess superior communication and problem-solving skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends. ​

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts.​
2. Ensure adherence to company standards for quality and customer satisfaction.​
3. Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.​
4. Drive sales results by creating strategic plans to maximize efficiency.​
5. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.​
6. Operate and maintain state-of-the-art car wash equipment.​
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.​

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong problem-solving abilities.​
4. Hands-on experience with POS transactions.​
5. Friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus.​
6. Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints professionally.
7. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.​
8. Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, and the internet.​
