Your New Role

Based in San Antonio, TX, you’ll:

• Review specifications, drawings, and attend pre-bid meetings to define scope and pricing

• Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial mechanical projects

• Analyze project requirements and perform risk assessments

• Support the project team during the proposal and contracting phase

• Engage with subcontractors, owners, and design teams to ensure accurate proposals

• Work alongside industry veterans while gaining real-world experience on bids that matter. Whether you're entry-level or bringing a few years of estimating under your belt, this is the next step you’ve been working toward.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred

• Entry-level to 3 years of commercial construction estimating experience

• MEP Estimating experience is required

• Proficiency with blueprint reading and estimating software (Building Connected, On-Center, Cost OS, Microsoft Office)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Valid Texas driver’s license and ability to meet auto insurability requirements

• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) credential is a plus
