We are seeking an Architectural Project Associate to join our office.
Who We're Looking for - Your Experience and Skills:
· Certificate in Architectural Drafting, B.Science in Architecture., B.Arch or M.Arch
· Experience working in a professional architecture office on a range of commercial projects.
· Technologically skilled to produce graphics and construction drawings, specifically in AutoCAD and Revit.
· Friendly, enthusiastic, creative, and self-driven.
· Excellent communication skills.
What You Will be Doing:
You will work with the Principal Architects on all phases of a variety of projects. Specific tasks will include:
· Space planning.
· Create preliminary and schematic designs coinciding with code reviews.
· Develop and assist in coordinating designs with design and engineering consultants.
· Prepare construction documents that include drawings and specifications with a high degree of autonomy.
· Assist in bidding phase.
· Assist during construction administration including site visits, submittal reviews, coordinate responses to requests for information, review pay applications, and conduct punch lists.

· Communication: Adobe, Microsoft, Lumion
· Construction Documents: AutoCAD, Revit
Salary and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience. We offer a benefits package including at least 10 paid holidays, 10 days of paid leave, and health coverage.
