Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at CSI Engineering USA, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Collaborating with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through active listening and problem-solving
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Experience in engineering or technical industry is a plus
- Experience with handling high-volume calls and emails
- Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment
Salary & Benefits:
