Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative you will be hunting new business within the USA. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization, and consistently demonstrate their ability to grow activity and move processes forward to high scales. Responsibilities:- Manage, engage, and qualify leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients for our Account Executives
- Research and engage with leads using cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events and other advanced tools
- Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to track lead performance and analysis of campaigns and approaches which are most successful
- Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory (USA)
- Follow the KMS Lighthouse sales process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads
- Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
- Partner with Account Executives to coordinate discovery calls and demos with qualified leads

REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of prior experience in an SDR or BDR role selling SaaS
- Proven ability to create a qualified sales pipeline
- Prior experience with HubSpot is beneficial
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience selling to Call Center/Customer Experience is an advantage
