Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative you will be hunting new business within the USA. • Manage, engage, and qualify leads to build a pipeline of prospective clients for our Account Executives
• Research and engage with leads using cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, events and other advanced tools
• Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to track lead performance and analysis of campaigns and approaches which are most successful
• Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory (USA)
• Follow the KMS Lighthouse sales process to manage a high-activity pipeline of leads
• Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts
• Partner with Account Executives to coordinate discovery calls and demos with qualified leads

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in a sales role
• Prior experience as an SDR or BDR role selling a SaaS
• Proven ability to create a qualified sales pipeline
• Prior experience with HubSpot is beneficial
• Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience selling to the Call Center/Customer Experience is an advantage
