What You'll Do:

Provide Therapy: Offer individual therapy to patients ages 5 and up, both in person and virtually. Utilize therapeutic modalities best suited to your patients' needs and help them achieve their therapeutic goals in an outpatient setting.

Utilize Your Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the current diagnostic manual and use initial interviews and screenings to provide accurate diagnoses and develop effective care plans.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work collaboratively with patients, communicate clinical impressions effectively, and assess strengths, barriers, and psychological needs.
Ensure Patient Safety: Interact and collaborate with community partners and emergency medical/psychiatric service providers to ensure patient safety, including determining the appropriate level of care.
Use Technology Effectively: Utilize computer/technology skills for efficient documentation within an electronic health record and for conducting telehealth visits.
What You'll Need:

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
Passion for working with underserved populations and those facing barriers to care.
Comfort working with patients ages 5 and up.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong knowledge of the current diagnostic manual.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact and collaborate with community partners.
Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
