Help Desk Technician
Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in person
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Install and configure computer systems
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions
Collaborate with IT team to improve systems and processes Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in IT support
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
