Compensation:
- Salary: $15-$18/hr based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, residents, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
- Provide facility tours as needed.
- Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and other front-desk responsibilities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Prior receptionist or front office experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and telephone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to providing a warm and welcoming environment for all.
