Job Details

You will lead on-site construction operations for commercial projects, managing all aspects from daily supervision through project closeout. This role requires a hands-on, proactive leader who can coordinate subcontractors, maintain strict safety standards, enforce quality control, and keep projects on schedule and budget. As Superintendent, you will serve as a key point of contact to project teams, clients, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution on-site. Your expertise will be vital in delivering projects that meet the company’s high standards and support its mission of exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage daily field operations to meet project schedules and milestones
• Supervise subcontractors, craft personnel, and on-site teams to maintain quality and safety
• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and contractual requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers for timely issue resolution
• Monitor site logistics, materials delivery, and equipment usage efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets specifications
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, logs, and communication records
• Anticipate potential project delays or problems and implement corrective actions
• Cultivate a positive, productive, and safety-conscious work environment
• Assist in mentoring and developing junior field staff

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a commercial construction Superintendent
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, safety standards, and quality control
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Proficient with construction management tools and technology
