Project Manager
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
My client is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager / Estimator to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Division 9 who has both office and field experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager/ Estimator in the commercial drywall industry.
Strong experience with:
- Metal Stud Framing
- Drywall (Sheetrock)
- Acoustical Ceilings
- Hands-on field experience with commercial drywall projects.
- Ability to manage projects from estimating through closeout.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must have estimating experience.
- IEFS
SKILLS
Proficient with:
- OST (On-Screen Takeoff)
- Bluebeam
- Microsoft Excel
- Experience with takeoffs, bidding, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, budgeting, procurement, and project management.
